There is no pressure

Check baskets at pool and pump.
Check water level.

Call Jay Jay's.

I can't vacuum, there is no suction.

Check the vacuum hose for holes.
Check to make sure swivel and end of hose is on the vacuum head.
Check pressure in tank; if high, backwash.

What maintenance is needed for my pool during the winter?

for regular covers:

  • keep standing water off cover
  • keep debris off cover
  • add shock at Thanksgiving and April 1st.

for Loop Loc® covers:

  • keep debris off cover
  • solid cover - push water to drain panels
  • add shock at Thanksgiving and April 1st.

Do not try to turn it back on. Call Jay Jay's and/or an Electrician.

Can't backwash

There may be a jammed Impeller or stuck valve, call Jay Jay's.

Can't get water clear

Filter needs to be cleaned. Make certain you have tested your water, you may
want to take a sample of the water to your local pool supply store for
further analysis.
